Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hrihana Homes, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage operations and reservations effectively.

1. Standard Booking Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation rules apply to all confirmed bookings unless otherwise specified:

a) More than 14 days before check-in

  • ✅ 100% refund of the booking amount
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

b) 7 to 13 days before check-in

  • 🔄 50% refund of the total booking amount
  • Remaining 50% is retained as cancellation charges

c) 3 to 6 days before check-in

  • 🔄 25% refund of the total booking amount
  • Remaining amount is non-refundable

d) Within 48 hours of check-in

  • 🎫 No cash refund
  • 50% of the booking amount will be issued as a credit voucher
  • Voucher validity: 6 months
  • Voucher can be used for future bookings (subject to availability)

e) Within 24 hours of check-in / No-show

  • ❌ No refund or voucher applicable
  • Booking amount will be fully forfeited

2. Early Check-out Policy

No refund will be provided for early check-out due to personal, medical, weather-related, or travel reasons.

3. Date Change / Rescheduling Policy

  • One-time date modification may be allowed if requested at least 7 days prior to check-in, subject to availability.
  • Any difference in tariff (higher or lower) will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Date changes requested within 7 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or taxes (if applicable) may be deducted.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

5. Peak Season / Special Dates Policy

  • Bookings during New Year, long weekends, festivals, or special events are strictly non-refundable.
  • Separate cancellation terms may apply and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

6. Group Bookings & Long Stays

  • Group bookings, corporate bookings, or stays longer than 5 nights may have custom cancellation terms.
  • These terms will be shared at the time of confirmation.

7. Force Majeure Clause

Hrihana Homes shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations
  • Lockdowns
  • Travel restrictions
  • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond control

In such cases, refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Management Rights

Hrihana Homes reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
The policy applicable at the time of booking will be considered final.
